Proposal:
Impact, under the guidance of Living In Faith, is ready to open offices for a consulting and counseling center.
Purchase Price $250,000.00
Retrofit $200,000.00
Total $450,000.00
The retrofit will include a conference room and four private suites. Also included will be the computer and telephone system to manage the day-to-day business of Living In Faith and Impact.
The new office will have a budget of $120,000.00/ year, which will include all expenses to run the office and building. The staff will consist of an executive assistant, along with Rick and Debra to run the day-to-day operation.
